A paid plan opens purchases, returns, orders and challans, expenses, cash, bank and cheques, every report (profit, sales by item and by party, day book, cash flow, balance sheet, stock), GSTR-1, 3B, 2 and 9 figures, stock counts, wholesale prices, Bluetooth receipt printing, WhatsApp reminders and statements, bulk item edits, price lists to share, and online backup, restore and undo. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).

Privacy Policy

Galla Guru ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

  • Account: your mobile number, used to sign in with a one-time code.
  • Your business records: your business details (name, state, GSTIN, address, UPI ID, bank details you choose to print) and the bills, payments, parties, items, stock and expenses you enter. These are stored on your phone.
  • Online backup: while your plan or trial includes it, a copy of those business records is kept in Google Firebase (Mumbai region) so they can come back on a new phone and reach your staff's phones.
  • Device: an app-integrity check (Google Play Integrity) and basic diagnostic data to keep the app secure and stable.

How we use it

To run the app, back up and restore your books, connect staff phones to your shop, process subscriptions, and keep the service secure. Your customers' and suppliers' details are yours: we use them only to show them back to you. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (sign-in, online backup, app integrity), Cloudflare (our server) and Razorpay (payments). They process data only to deliver their service. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us.

Data retention and deletion

Business records on your phone stay under your control. To delete your account and your online backup, see Delete data below.

Children

Galla Guru is a business tool for shop owners and their staff (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Terms & Conditions

By using Galla Guru you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Galla Guru is billing and bookkeeping software for shops: invoices, payments, stock, expenses and GST reports.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your mobile number and are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff you add to your shop.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Some features need a paid plan; staff phones need a paid staff seat. Prices and durations are shown in the app before purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans and seats give access for the stated duration and do not auto-renew.

4. Your records and GST

You are responsible for the accuracy of the bills and records you enter and for your own tax filings. Tax calculations and GST return figures are provided to help you; check them with your accountant before filing. Galla Guru is not affiliated with the GST Network or any government body.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful billing, to misuse or attack the service, or to resell access.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and ask for deletion at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Galla Guru is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Keep a backup of your records.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Plans and staff seats give immediate access to digital features, so payments are generally non-refundable once activated.
  • Plans and seats are for a fixed duration and do not auto-renew; there is nothing to cancel, and access simply ends with the term unless you renew.
  • If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged in error or twice, contact us within 7 days at the email below and we will verify and refund eligible transactions to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds, where approved, are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method.

Account & Data Deletion

Email gallaguru.help@gmail.com from any address, with your registered mobile number and the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, your shop's online backup (business details, bills, parties, items and all other records), and your staff links.

What is kept

Records on your own phone stay until you uninstall the app or clear its data. We may retain a minimal record of past payments (transaction references) where required for accounting, tax and legal compliance.
