Sale bills and exporting your data are free, always. Every new shop gets a 7-day free trial of everything. All prices are in INR and include GST. Plans do not auto-renew.
A paid plan opens purchases, returns, estimates, expenses, cheques, reports and the GST return, stock history, WhatsApp reminders, and online backup and restore. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).

Galla Guru ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.
To run the app, back up and restore your books, connect staff phones to your shop, process subscriptions, and keep the service secure. Your customers' and suppliers' details are yours: we use them only to show them back to you. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
We use Google Firebase (sign-in, online backup, app integrity), Cloudflare (our server) and Razorpay (payments). They process data only to deliver their service. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us.
Business records on your phone stay under your control. To delete your account and your online backup, see Delete data below.
Galla Guru is a business tool for shop owners and their staff (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

By using Galla Guru you agree to these terms.
Galla Guru is billing and bookkeeping software for shops: invoices, payments, stock, expenses and GST reports.
You sign in with your mobile number and are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff you add to your shop.
Some features need a paid plan; staff phones need a paid staff seat. Prices and durations are shown in the app before purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans and seats give access for the stated duration and do not auto-renew.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the bills and records you enter and for your own tax filings. Tax calculations and GST return figures are provided to help you; check them with your accountant before filing. Galla Guru is not affiliated with the GST Network or any government body.
You agree not to use the app for unlawful billing, to misuse or attack the service, or to resell access.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and ask for deletion at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Galla Guru is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Keep a backup of your records.

Email gallaguru.help@gmail.com from any address, with your registered mobile number and the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete it within 7 days.
Your sign-in account, your shop's online backup (business details, bills, parties, items and all other records), and your staff links.
Records on your own phone stay until you uninstall the app or clear its data. We may retain a minimal record of past payments (transaction references) where required for accounting, tax and legal compliance.
